Travis Contracting offers complete drywall systems. From framing new walls, to hanging and finishing the drywall, to applying the right knockdown or smooth finish texture for you.

Removing, repairing and restoring damaged or unsightly ceilings is quite a messy job. Most of the time spent to do any of these jobs is in the covering up process. Everything is covered with paper, tape and plastic to protect your home and furnishings. Let us give you an estimate to remove that old popcorn ceiling and replace it with Knockdown texture. We use commercial size spray rigs that give you the true knockdown finish. Some smaller companies try to spray knockdown with a hopper and air compressor. It is impossible to get the true Knockdown using a hopper and air compressor.

Recently some of our customers have requested a Smooth Finish be installed instead of Knockdown. This has a rich look that really compliments Crown Molding. This smooth ceiling process is more labor intensive and more costly than Knockdown Texture.
